Quiz Exporter for Gemini Notebook

A personal Chrome extension that turns a quiz in Gemini Notebook into files you can use elsewhere.

This is a personal project built by Success Marcus-Agbasu for his own use and a few friends. It is loaded unpacked, is not distributed on the Chrome Web Store, and is not affiliated with Google.

What It Does

When you open a quiz in Gemini Notebook at notebook.google.com, the extension reads that quiz from the page you are already viewing and exports it to files on your computer. If you prefer, it can instead create a Google Form in your own Google Drive.

How Sign-In Works

Google sign-in is optional and is used only when you choose the Google Forms export. When you sign in, the extension asks for the Google "drive.file" permission, which lets it create and edit only the files it creates, along with your email address so it can show who is signed in. Your tokens are stored only in the extension's local storage on your computer, and signing out revokes the grant at Google and deletes those stored tokens.

Privacy

The extension has no server, no analytics, no telemetry, no cookies, and no advertising. Quiz content goes only to the files you download or to the Google Form created in your own Drive. The full details are in the privacy policy.
